An Intimate Dinner Celebration
The Corson Building in Seattle is the perfect venue for an intimate celebration with your loved ones. Originally built as a home in the first part of the last century, this charming space is now an eatery and event space — you would never guess that it’s located right underneath a freeway! For this editorial, I had the pleasure of assisting Sinclair and Moore with floral design and set up, and it was an absolute privilege to watch Greg Finck shoot our work.
The inspiration behind this shoot was to create an intimate celebration that was elegant and romantic, but with a hint of drama. The long table set up underneath the covered terrace of the restaurant featured velvet blue linens and napkins, paired with silk runners in the perfect shade of blush. Pops of burgundy blooms added a touch of drama to the lush floral centrepieces, flanked with bold iron candlestick holders. Crystal glassware and tapered candles added a subtle elegance to this intimate dinner.
A beautifully styled dessert table featured a textured wedding cake and an understated ombré effect. An inviting charcuterie platter was perfectly plated and accessorized with a crystal decanter and glasses — almost too pretty to consume!
The couture dress by Rime Arodaky showcased stunning pleats and a dramatic side slit. Paired with a sleek hairstyle and delicate jewellery, this look is the epitome of high-fashion and sophistication for the modern bride!
